The heavy lift vessel HLV Fairplayer, operated under the JSI Alliance, showcased its global logistical capabilities with a recent project that spanned multiple continents. Positioned in Singapore and ready to sail, the vessel demonstrated the strength and precision of JSI Alliance’s shipping operations.

Onboard HLV Fairplayer were five massive C4 import storage bullets, each weighing a significant 565 tonnes and measuring 47.8 meters in length, 9.2 meters in height, and 11.5 meters in width. These heavy components were initially loaded in Zhangjiagang, China, and were destined for Antwerp, Belgium, highlighting the vessel’s capacity for managing substantial and complex cargoes.

The vessel’s journey also included a strategic stop in Singapore to load additional equipment for the renewable energy sector. This included two Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs) from Farra Marine Limited, geared towards supporting a new offshore renewable energy project. Remarkably, one of these CTVs was stowed on a unique modular weather platform, which optimized deck space and ensured the safety of the cargo during transit.

The CTVs reached their destination in Southampton, ready to be deployed in the renewable energy field. This operation not only demonstrated the logistical expertise of JSI Alliance but also their ability to securely handle and transport critical equipment across great distances.

The project’s success was supported by the trust and collaboration of Deugro and Peters & May, who relied on JSI Alliance for the safe and efficient delivery of their heavy cargoes. This venture underlines JSI Alliance’s commitment to providing versatile and robust shipping solutions worldwide.
