MV Regine delivers critical components for European industrial project
Massive cargo, including a 590 mt splitter, delivered for European industrial innovation
Oversized cargo.
Flawless execution.
A 590-tonne (t) splitter, spanning 94 meters in length, shipped from Masan to Antwerp, showcasing JSA Alliance’s heavy-lift expertise and seamless teamwork with all involved parties.
In a display of precision and expertise, SAL’s heavy lift vessel, MV Regine, successfully transported key components for one of Europe’s most advanced and sustainable industrial projects. Spotted recently in Singapore on her way to Antwerp, the vessel completed the remarkable journey last year.
The cargo, loaded at Masan Port in Korea, totalled an impressive 17,545 freight tons (FT) and 1,869 metric tons (mt). Among the shipment was a standout piece – a 590 mt splitter, measuring 94 meters long, 8 meters wide, and 7 meters high. Despite its size and weight, the splitter and other components were efficiently discharged upon arrival in Antwerp.
This complex operation was made possible through the seamless coordination and collaboration between Erhardt and JSI Alliance, highlighting the importance of teamwork in executing such challenging logistics projects.
SAL’s MV Regine continues to demonstrate the JSI Alliance’s commitment to delivering large-scale, sustainable solutions for the global industrial sector.
